state takes about 3-4 days for an employer. Federal may take them up to 3-4 weeks to get anything back.

I have drug charges from 8 years ago and older which they know about. I think they are checking to make sure I am telling the truth.

I have Hazmats on my cdl, sometimes it takes a week for my background, sometimes a month, even took 6 weeks one time. Just depends on how backed up the system is, but that is on a federal level.

hey wiley do they test for joose at the fed level for cdl DOT stuff?

Nope, just a standard 5 piss test they are called. I take a drug test every 2 weeks with my job, sometimes it might go 3 if they are real busy, but its always clean, dbol, epistane, 500mg a week of test, all have went through.

If you are in an accident with a fatality they will test for stimulants, because now it is illegal for CDL drivers to have any stimulants in their system. I get checked for stimulants every now and again through my work, I take some adipex from time to time and it doesn't even show up, so I really dont know what they are looking for along the "stimulant" line.

But as a standard DOT, its just a 5 way piss test here. Physical every 2 years, and background check every 4 when I do license renewal.

Did you do a live scan, etc.? Usually takes a coupel days max.
