Anybody have any creative ways for cracking your back.
After squatting and beching bla bla bla my back gets so tight, I need to crack it , sort of a mini adjustment, not talking on a chiropractic level.
Anyway my wife cannot do it either she just doesnt have the technique or her hands are small and boney so when she presses on my back I tense up because it feels like a finger in my back.
I know this post is coming from left field but please anyone have any creative ideas?
