currently im taking waxy maize (30g) , raw mcc (5g) , and bcaa (5g) mixed with half a liter of water immediately post workout. however, im looking around and was reading about cell mass. what do you guys think about it? also are there any other companies of creatine that are effective? thanks

actually bro, i was in sams club a couple of months ago, and i saw a twin lab supplement called creatine nitrate fuel. i laughed in my head when i saw it, then i looked at the price and it was 18dollars, i thought to my self damn i've spent 60 dollars on shit before, so i bought 3 jugs of this stuff. So i took a dose in the morning and a dose post workout, and let me tell u, this shit works better then any other creatine supp i ever took, and i've tried them all. It worked so good that after 3weeks of use, i cut back on a serving and only take it post workout. I have been using it for like 4months now, and i love it. LOL

CrM is cheap and effective. Loading isn't needed and the duration of use is up to you. I'd generally say that 2 months on with 1 month off is okay for creatine.

I've seen some disappointing studies with CEE and Kre-A. Stick to what's been studied and proven.

He has got you covered. Creatine can tax the kidneys if you stay on it for too long. I usually cycle it 2 months on and 2 months off.

What you have going right now is a good set up. MCC is a good creatine. good pric from OMEGA too. isn't it like 23 bucks or something?

Also, isn't it true that if you don't cycle it your body can stop producing it?

I'm fairly sure that it's not the creatine that your body will stop producing but rather the transport protein down-regulates when you supplement with CrM. Normal transport and normal production should all return to homeostasis after you stop supplementing with it.

In addition, keep in mind that endogenous creatine will always be present. Unused creatine is converted to creatinine and is excreted.
