i agree, i take german creatine. by far the best i have ever taken.

if you are going to use monohydrate, german is the best quality.

Creatine ethyl ester greatly outperforms any monohydrate, creapure or otherwise.

havent tried em all but I really like Trac creatine from MHP . Seems to work the best for me. cheers
