absolutely. take 10g of creatine monohydrate every day.

take 10 on workout days 5 on off

I have taken it on cycle but prefer to use supplements like that
during OFF periods.

I never get bloat from MH.

I have used Big C.. which has HCL in it. Shit bloated the fuck out of me. Also has a couple other of these "superior" creatines.
