B Bigburndaddy New member Jul 28, 2003 #13 here is what i do, 5g 1hr prior to w/o, 5g immediatly after with some grape juice to aid in quick absorption, i also take 5g late in the day, try using grape juice to mix your post w/o whey with also. this may all be bullshit but it works for me
