Creatine W/ Gear?

AAS dramatically increase creatine production in the body. I think the effects of the creatine would be swamped by the relatively minor effects of the creatine. Of course it wouldn't hurt to take creatine anyhow, but lots of bb'ers have gotten incredible results using AAS without creatine, so the extra creatine would be kind of a waste.

Creating and Glutamine are a good addition, it wouldn't hurt to add it to your cycle. :coffee:
 
Agree w/ Mr.X. Glutamine is very good stuff, it is one of the most highly demanded amino acids in the body. You need lots of it to build muscle, and it's also in heaqvy demand by your immune system.

When I started using glutamine, I stopped catching colds and flus! I have no science to back this up, but I believe recovery from my workouts was taking glutamine away from my immune system.

I take 10-20g of glutamine with my creatine twice a day, once after my workout, and once either upon waking or before bed. Highly recommended.

I also take it with test e and dbol. I really dont know if its doing anything. I actually tell my wife thats whats 'REALLY' bulking me up.
 
If you are trying to hide the use then taking Creatine is sure a good thing to blame your gains on....that and protein shakes.

On the other hand I always take creatine with on, and advise it to others.

jmt, you wont be fuckin sorry bro. I been on PCT for 2 weeks and my strength has not gone down one bit, if anythiing its gone up. I dont get any of the crazy "head rushes or amped feeling" when taking the amp, but 2 scoops + 3 caps of CEE and 2 caps of CEE post are lovely!
 
Im also on a Test/Deca stack right now, and I am taking Creatine twice a day (mainly just out of habit). As stated above, it definitely can not hurt you and can only help your recovery time, even if AS raise natural creatine levels.

I also take glutamine twice a day as well, and then add Dextrose in with my PWO shake.
 
I wouldn't use it in conjunction with your cycle....but I would use it during PCT...your body is already in an anabolic state with the compounds your administering.
 
I went ahead and took it...DAMMIT! My stomech is killing me today...Its never done that before. Im pretty sure its the creatine. Im on a regular meal intake.
 
creatine always jacks my stomach up, at least for the first week and a half to two weeks of use. It usually passes after that as long as I stay hydrated well.

exactly what swordfish said! no sense in wasting good creatine when you're already getting what you need (and more) from AAS - save it for PCT and after PCT
 
I actually used to love creatine but when on orals it made me so dried out feeling that i haven't used it in 2 years and have been growing just fine without it.
