I polled that "I do load, sir" but I'm not real sure if I really believe that or not...the saturation concept makes (some) sense, but so does the Bill Phillips theory...
I cycled once about 10 years ago (w/ loading)(and using OJ, which was a hip theory back then also)....currently, I've just bought some EAS Simply Creatine and am getting ready to 'try' it again....will probably do 10 grams the first week and back off to 5 after that (I'm 250lbs so I'll probably need it..) also, month on, month off....
Will probably skip the extra dextrose, but plan on taking it with my post shakes and or w/grape juice.
