Creatine thoughts...

Qbert006

i have been lifting on and off for most of my life and never used Creatine before. Well started about 2 weeks ago and find myself not getting that Sore muscle feeling that I would normally get after a GOOD workout. Matter of fact I pressed harder during the workout last night thinking I wasn't working hard enough and still nothing. I'm POSITIVE thats its this supplement causing this fast recover or should I say little to no soreness... I kind of miss that soreness that makes it feel like I actually did something! LMAO! Can anyone support this theory?

Though creatine is just the baby of supplement business, its still one of the most important. Creatine provides a number of positive benefits such as increase energy, endurance, strength, and will decrease muscle recovery time (this is why you aren't as sore like you usually are)

I suggest that you ditch throw your theory out the door and stick with the creatine.

Finding out sore doesn't mean good... probably use this product on and off. thanx for the input guys

I like creatine.. use it during my workout. very small amount though cause i don't want water weight issues.

does it work? I think so.

Yeah... I can feel a diff in endurance and strength... taste like shit! but works or so I think! LOL! I seem to recover faster but not sure if its a mental or physical thang!

I always took it during football season due to six days a week of practice. Kept me going. I tried going off after 12 weeks but didnt have the same kick ass mentality I did while on. Glutamine made a big difference also.

Dont continually take it tho, studies show to cycle it because after 4-7 days in the loading phase saturation is obtained and that is about the most you are going to gain from it, and then the rest of the few months are just maintaining phases to keep it at that level. many people do it like 2-3 months and take a month off then get at it again, keeps it fresh that way and keeps it working as apposed to the whole year which may cause a slight health risk by kidney stones and such.

Why would you avoid achieving and then sustaining peak levels of creatine saturation in muscle cells? This is rhetorical of course, there is no need to cycle creatine as it is not an AR or Adrenal Gland regulated compound, and therefor will not fall victim to the negative feedback loop that is invariable encountered on hormonal type adjuncts.

Also, as far as the kidney risks you alluded to at the end of your post, this is also a baseless claim that has literally no shred of substantiated scientific evidence throughout the entire multi-decade spanning presence and vehement investigation of creatine in the sports industry.

Creatine works, and does so profoundly well. With every new peer reviewed piece of literature that is published, yet another startling discovery is made regarding the prodigious efficacy claimed by CMH - including intrinsic properties that have even proven to modulate myostatin activity and expression, along with satellite cell formation and proliferation.

Use Ancient Strength Creatine for a full serving of creatine monohydrate, creatine pyruvate, which can cause a higher peak level of creatine and a potentially greater absorption and slower elimination rate, and creatine phosphate, which is a metabolite of creatine that provides a quickly usable reserve of high-energy phosphates in muscle tissue.

The best of the best creatines all in one product.
