The only side effects that I ever had from creatine monohydrate were going to the bathroom every 30 minutes.

I was on liquid creatine but now I've switched to Cell Mass. I don't have to go to the bathroom as frequently as I did on the powder stuff.

Creatine in a liquid form is considered unstable.
There are still companies around who market it in this form and one of them has been fined for misrepresenting its' product to consumers. You are best to stear clear of this form of creatine.
