I need advice on a better brand of Creatine. One that does work. I purchased GNC Creatine Serum for 40 dollars+tax. It was only 8 oz and cherry flavor. The serum was very gritty, thick and sweet. Eventhough I considered it to be overpriced for the amount, I was informed that it would give extra energy for workouts and lifting so I gave it a try. It did not work at all.
In fact I had a hard time even keeping my eyes open after I took it because it made me feel very sleepy and tired. At first, I just thought it was my body adjusting, so I blew it off and tried again the next day and same thing happened. Then again the following day and so on. I realized that it simply wasn't working at all plain and simple. My brother wanted to give it a try and see if it worked for him. It did not work for him at all. He said that it was a complete waste of money and do not use any more of it.

Some of the creatines make you look less cut because you look all all blotted up. One that doesn't give you that effect but that really works?
