What will happen if alcohol and creatine are mixed?
I mean the alcohol is taken shotly aftre creatine. Is there any reaction between those two supstances?

GET REAL dude it wont have any effect whatsoever i have drank plenty of alchohol whils taking creatine i have also drank a lot whilst on AAS i know that is not a good idea but i have never had any bad effects from this and neither have many friends of mine.

Dont worry bro you will be fine to drink and take creatine hell ive even mixed it in my beer...

alchohol is a dieretic and creatine make you very thirsty so if you take the at around the same time you might get pretty dehydrated which = hell of a hang over. just drink lots of water and you will be fine
