Creatine question

Just have a quick question about creatine, I've been away from the gym the last week and have not been supplementing and my question is should i re load on creatine after 5 days without.
 
Nope. Just stick to the typical 1-2 doses a day imo. If you plan on taking it for awhile you have no worries. It will build up in your system overtime without loading it.
