I am rather small in size. IM only 5'6". I was thinking that 20g a day for a loading phase is too much for me at a time. What would you all say if I doubled the loading phase time with half the dose 10g (5g twice daily). (just to be sure im topping off peak absorbtion rather than wasting 10g a day or something like that)
so 7-8 days @ 10g a day.
then I would cut back 2-3g a day for maintenance.
would this be a good idea?
