Alright so i'm taking gnc's creatine monohydrate.. problem is.. every morning when i go to take it.. i'm not always thirsty enough to down a large amount of water. i do during the day. just not right after a shower... any one ever considared putting 10g or so into one of those prepackaged yogert things? I got a dozen dannon light carb control yougerts that i down every morning..
