Reading my mind!
I was just saying to my wife..."this supplementation is driving me crazy, how the hell am I supposed to take creatine, glutamine and protein around my workouts, if they all compete for absorbtion??" Her loving response, "Sounds like a YP, not an MP."
So one of you supplement savvy gurus, help us out.
I currently take
creatine postworkout only, 5g effervescent.
protein shake within 20 minutes
high pro/mod carb/mod fat meal within 1 hour
5g glutamine before bed...
...how can I throw glutamine and creatine in more often..
say creatine pre-workout...glutamine pre and post?
