I'm fairly new at bodybuilding. I recently started to take a few different supplements to try and improve results. I've taken creatine and whey before, but not together. Now, I am taking a combination of things. I am taking glutamine, creatine, and whey. Along with flax, vitamin c and a multivitamin.
The one thing that I was wondering is if the combination of any of these would prohibit maximum results from the other. Mainly, the creatine and glutamine combination. If anyone has some insight on this, that would be great. Do any of these supplements affect the other?
