should these all be consumed together after a workout or at different times??

also should glutamine be taken every day?
if so what times?

whens the best time to take creatine on workout days?
and on non-workout days?

thxnk bros

I'll give you my not so popular opinoin... lol

Glutamine should only be taken when cutting. And regular l-glutamine should be taken in b/w meals, it serves as a good anti-catabolic and good for recovery. During bulking I find it useless. And yes taken every single day if cutting.

As far as glutamine/creatine/protein consumption and whether or not it should be taken together or not is still questionable. You'll hear all sides on this one. As for me i play it safe and take them seperately. If it just so happens they compete for absorption I don't want to be wasting my $.

but do you think creatine should be taken before and after workout or just be4 or just after??? also should when should creatine be taken on OFF days???

What kind of advice is that Diamond, I've never read a helpful post from you.

Glutamine is an anticatabolic nutrient and the most abundant free form amino acid in the body. In my opinion, I think you'd benefit by taking it everyday. Most gurus will tell you to take between 5-20 grams daily, preferrably on an empty stomach for absorption to help GH.

You could take glut before your workout and then administer the glut/creatine combination immediately after your workout. Next take your protein 30 min after your glut/creat ingestion. I'm assuming you're mixing your creatine with a insulin spiking ingredient, that's why I recommend taking the protein 30 min after.

It all depends on what you want to do. Just my 2 cents.... Good luck!

GLUTAMINE IS FOR RECOVERY YOU DUMBASS-THAT'S WHY IT'S TAKEN ONLY WHEN YOU LIFT

Diamonddiceclay: so the body only recovers on lifting days???!? When you're not lifting, the body is growing and recovering. Glutamine does a lot more than enhance muscle recovery, it also:

Promote muscle gains
Stimulate cell volumizing, which encourages muscles growth

Combat muscle wasting
Shuttle amino acids into muscle cells while reducing muscle breakdown and encourage muscle growth

Boost immune functioning
Enhance the functioning of the immune system

Who are you calling dumbass, don't you have porn to look at?

Dankduke: You can do a search on high glycemic carbs or insulin spiking agents; I think the most widely used is dextrose.
