Im looking at it at the AFstore, but im not seeing a dosage. Does it go by bodyweight? I thought u were supposed to take about 2.5g pre and post workout. But the pills are 500mg. So do i need to 5 pills pre and post? And do i need it on non lifting days to maintain an elevated creatne level in the muscle?

if you are 200lb you would take 5 caps, typically pre-workout- total, some people take an additional 1-2 caps post workout

dosing is 1 cap per 40lbs of body weight

some people do advocate higher doses, and you certainly should try it to see if it makes a difference for you, but typically that dosing (500mg/40lbs) is pretty "spot on"

Thanks macro. One more thing, does it make sense at all to take it on off lifting days? Is there any benefit elevated creatine levels on off days as far as muscle growth or anything? And if so, it would be a smaller dosage i would think?

how about while on cycle....is it even more effective? i don't usually spend much on otc supps besides vitamins and other essentials, but i was browsing around today and bought some of this stuff. it's made by VPX and it's called CEX. supposed to not cause any bloat and what not. we'll see. it sure taste like shit though.

ok... ordering purecee right now... one question.. what can i expect from fullness in the muscle.. as far as the strength i am convinced. i have had great response always from cm but with the bloat, but the muscles always looked full.. what about cee in the looks (fullness department)... i am about 4 weeks from starting a cycle and looking for some fine tuning before i begin.... thanks..

yes you will get the muscle volumization (with water + creatine) but not the subcutaneous water that is associated with creatine monohydrate (caused by creatinine conversion via acid hydrolysis prior to reaching blood stream)

that sounds good to me...i am at 200lbs about 10% and trying to put on some size and strength before the cycle... cant wait for delivery.. 1st time order. what is expected delivery time from you guys. i have read many positives about this store, cant wait to try it...
