1 gallon is about 4.5L I think, humm yes I think I drink about 2L of water each day with about 1L of juice and about 1.5L of Milk each day so I have hummm 4.5L of liquid each day.
Maybe it's my new workout, I usually do more than once time each muscle in a week and now with my 5x5 training I do it only once a week each part...
