i took creatine for the first time last yaer for about a month, well i loaded, but loading is personal and you can load howmuch you choose to, but i took it for about about a month and gained a solid 10lbs or so. i took it for 5gs a day this summer when i lifted and it did ntohing, your body gets used to the creatine and you eventually build up a tolerance to it, so you have to intake more to get the full effect. id say take a full month off and then try, it should shock your system. im currently taking a month and half off from creatine, and ill go back on at 15gs a day for like 2 weeks or so then go offf again...good luck
