Im on my first week after loading on creatine and Ive noticed that I get more cramps when i move my body in certain ways. My friend says thats because im dehydrated. Is it true that not drinking enough water in general causes cramps and for you to be more soar the next day after working out? Or is it the creatine? I dont think im dehydrated because I drink like 4 protein drinks a day and water frequently through the day so I piss like 8 times a day. Thanks for your input
