creatine and weight gainer

I am doing a 5 day load up phase of creatine and a 5 day load phase of EAS weight gainer. after that, i will continue taking them.

My question is... i am on no strict diets... so i don't know what type of split i should go on now... that is protein/calorie/fat?

I am approx 162 pounds, and i am trying to get to about 175lbs... so thats about 13 pounds of muscle, which is very hard to get i think.. so i want to get to 170 first and work from there. But i don't expect it to be all pure muscle.
 
You should probably be looking for 50/40/10 on your diet. Be very careful with weight gain powder unless you are a hard gainer. It's easy to gain too much fat due to the carb/fat content.

13 lbs is a fair bit to gain naturally but many have done it in three months of consistent effort. You have to want it bad enough. :D
 
You do not NEED to load creatine, and it is not needed or advisable to load a weight gainer.
