Creatine and Protein...pre and post workout???

When using creatine and whey protein shakes, is there any certain combination on which i should take pre workout and post workout?


Example 10grams of creatine mono 30mins prior to workout and then 50 grams of whey protein post workout.


I really need the whey protein shakes because with my work schedule its really hard to consume 200grams of protein per day on real food. I'm looking for about 50-75 grams of protein in the shakes.

My daily schedule is as follows:

4:30am Wake up
5:00am Leave for work
7:30pm Arrive home from work
7:30 - 8:30pm Do my paperwork
8:30-9:00 Workout (have my own gym)
9:00- 9:30 Shower and try to grab a quick snack
9:30pm Bedtime and repeat

I do this Mon-Friday, fortunately I'm off on the weekends

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

go with ancient strength for ruthless supps/ntbm 3 caps preworkout 3 postworkout use thenightmare2125 for 25% off at ntbm or ruthless10 for 10% at ruthless stuff worked real good for me didnt get the bloat i usually get from just straight mono

Needto has some orange flavored creatine ,i would be equally happy if Ancient strength came like that Orange powder I'll be getting my creatine while getting my water quota for the day!
 
i take protein shake, in the am when i wake up, post workout and before bed to get my requirements. protein isnt a take once only kind of thing. plus that way it also helps with late night munchies, and filling me up for the day since i usually eat 2 eggs with whole wheat toast or a small bowl of oatmeal in the morning to reduce cals. for creatine i take before workout and i look for a post workout shake that has protein and creatine in it like onslaught or muscle replenisher.
 
Gear and ancient strength pre and post workout. Eat a solid meal an hour or so on both sides of the workout.

orange sounds good.. i might give it a try but to be honest i aint a big fan of creatine drinks.. what i love about ancient strength is that its in tablet forM ..

yeah, i always hated powdered creatine drinks. def liken the tab form. anyone try the chews yet

Just having a hard time justifying the price without knowing if they'll taste that great to me ($40 for 45 servings of 5g creatine mono chews vs $25 for 200 servings of 5g creatine momo in powder form)

Maybe I'm just hard to please. lol
 
i think ancient strength is a better option. 17 bux cant go wrong. plus u got 3 types of creatine in there as compared to creatine mono in the chews. and i noticed there was an original price crossed out on the chews for 59 or 69 or something. are the chews on sale or is that a permanent price?

Pretty sure 39.99 is there permanent price.

Most likely just a marketing tactic. Like when you see a tv commercial that says xxxx product is 39.99 but call now in the next 5 minutes and its only 19.99! ...But in reality the product is 19.99 always. I think thats the same case here people see the crossed out "MSRP" and think omg what a good deal I need to buy now.
 
Def agree to take pre and post workout. I like to do 2 shakes a day for added protein, as like you I work long hours and have 2 boys in baseball. I actually add my creatine in the protein shake if drinking one pre and or post workout. OrbitNutrition.com has some great sell prices on a lot of the top creatine and protein supplements.

The l-glutamin is the best one if you ask me. Great way to take that shit post work out every day... chew up 5-10 of them little bitches every time its great.. Add in some gear pre and post and some ancient strength pre work out like SL said and you are golden...

Its a damn good way to change shit up a bit. Anyone knows if your trying to pack on lb during a bulk cycle you can run up to 15g a day of creatine and this is nothing but good for the muscles and body...
