I'm about to re-start my cardio training for lacrosse, and I was wondering about supplementing with creatine AND training cardio. I've read mixed advice about this in the past; I'd like to stay on, as I won't be stopping my lifting schedule. I won't be running any freakin' marathons, either, but I will be doing a lot of running for training.
