I have been doing it 1x a week for a month mixed in with my reg workout and i can already see a change
25 pullups
50 deads at 135
50 pushups
50 floor sweepers
50 box jumps
50 clean presses ea hand w a 35lb kettle/db

the point is go balls to the wall as little rest as possible and be sub 20min for the entire regime. First time i tried it i was 46 min im currently down to 28 after 4x .. it looks like i came out the shower fully clothed when i get done .. i love it .. rocks if your on lipoflame while doing it too
