Weight:190
Been on dbol 5 weeks @30mg
Taking white flood preworkout and creatine
I'm eating 5000 calories a day 350-400g protein
I'll try and make this as short as possible .. It was leg day today... Didn't do anything too crazy .. Did squats at 265x5x5.. Leg press and lunges .. then did some weighted crunches on the machine .. As I stood up I had a crazy pain in the right side of my Abs , it would bubble each time I took a step to walk , like I could feel it popping out!! It doesn't hurt now but I can feel a strain down there.. It is like my right lower ab , I m guessing a hernia
