crazy nips

hope anyone can help.

Im 36 and have been lifting for 20 years, I have done a few aas cycles and have a little bit of fat in the nipple area from puberty, my bf is 10%-11%.

My nips point down and out. When i pull my skin up and put the nipple in closer to the middle of the chest they look considerably better.

I traditionally Bench Press and do inclines.


what is the best way to develop the lower and outer part of my pecs?

whats the best way to develop the chest if you have puffy nips?

yea I have some degree of gyno from puberty, it never really got any worse with AAS. I have adipose in the wrong place, not true gyno, but embarassing nevertheless. The upper part of my chest is almost too big and my bench has always been my strongest lift. Currently I am just doing dips and working shoulders and traps to try to take attention off the crazy eyes !
