Some of the flooding we had here in DE:
This neighborhood is called Glenville. The state of DE bought out most of the houses here as the area floods terribly in storms. Thus, no one lives there anymore. They will eventually raze the homes.
When they say Water street, they mean it!!

The above hotel was built by the "famous" Capano family & was not built to specifications, too big, thus has never been opened. yes, it's the same family as Tom Capano, who killed that woman....
