AHHHHH. So, you take it a good amount of time prior to your meals. That's the key. I was told (I don't remember who) that it could be taken w/meals. Hmmm let's try it.
try eating some fat free cottage cheese, low carb yogurt, fat free cool whip a package of spenda all mixed together. Add some chocolate protein powder or just cocoa powder of you must. This tastes really good and stops my cravings.
I like sugar free Vanilla Pudding. It is only 75 calories p/serving when mixed with skim milk. Then I throw in like 4-5 scoops of chocolate whey. It is a good craving killer and kind of takes the place of ice cream for me
