There's tons of articles online, but I would hire a pro to design a diet specifically for your goals. You'll have invest a little, but it's well worth saving the time and frustrations of trying to figure it out for yourself.
taco bell for lunch mcdonalds for an afternoon snack, pound of ribs and fries for diner and some dairy queen for dessert, ya I can ususally screw myself over pretty good in 1 day! my problem is that ill do this way more often then i should and ends up slowing the process down quite a bit. really need to fight it but some days its just so hard to stick to the diet!
