cramp question with clen...help

When u guys talk of cramps...ive been experiencing a burninggggg sensation and instant muscle soreness the past 5 days when lifting....is that the cramps???? How much potassium should I take...im currently taking 3g of taurine...the soreness is instant within minutes after doing a set....please help
 
I get actual cramp's where the muscles,well cramp up. I just eat a few banannas ed for potassium,work's for me.
 
yams are far better for potassuim than bananas. pyruvate or something like that also may help. I have a bottle of powder taurine in my truck at all times just in case.

See its weird cuz the muscle soesnt cramp up like calf or toe cramps at night...just instantly burns/sore...weird....im assuming it def has to do with the clen because ive never experienced this....thanks guys

At least 0.5 g, if not 1g.

Take some antinflamatories, like ibuprofen, they help a little.
 
Yeah im not even hitting a gallon of water a day...prob around 3/4 of a gallon...im not a bodybuilder by any means, i just figured id try clen to lose some body fat b4 labor day wkend (vegas)...it worked this past week but nothing earth shattering at all....my diet is appx 35% carb 40% pro and 25% fat....cardio 5x a week/30 min....thanks again for the tip about increasing water...ill try that and the potassium
