Couple quick questions

triceps: how can i hit the long head... its the part at the very top of the triceps, the name may be incorrect, if so my bad... hit me up with some exercises to specifically hit that head

also for biceps whats a good way to hit the outside and the bottom... its weird my right looks proper, but my left is uneven so i need to change up some exercises and get some to fill my arm out

karma to anyone that replies with useful comments

weighted dips, close grip bench, pulldowns

im thinkin i should throw in some more skullcrushers whether its upright on the bench or flat... not to mention all the times i hit the tris with shoulders/chest

for bis i do various DB curls, BB curls

and then all the exercises from back (pullups, mulitple types of rows)
