Couple quick pics.

Nothing flexed. I'm up to 183 as of Monday. These are taken last night. My goal was to get to 190 by December (I was 170 back in May/June). I know I'll be able to do that by next month, easily. So, maybe I'll be able to hit 195-200 by the end of the year.

Go get it! I also need to set an end of the year goal. Take in one milestone at a time just like you're doing. Good job.

I was also thinking that it takes a far amount of guts to post pics like that. I just put some on my training page and I was very hesitant. But now it's like a challenge. I have to grow. I have to see improvement. Ever think of it like that?

Eh. I wouldn't go as far as it being a question of guts.

I'm not particularly proud of my body, so I don't show it off really. I am, however, proud of my progress. I like to track my progress, and it's a convenient way to do it. Receiving comments, positive and negative, is also important to me, because it lets me know that I have made progress, or things I need to work on. (By the by, I seriously appreciate what everyone has said. Really.)

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is: I post up pics every so often not to show how gutsy I am, but as to really get a hold of reality, and see how far I've come, and how so much far I have to go. I need my brothers here at Elite to help me with that.

I'm not sure if this made any sense.

That's what I meant. Not how gutsy, but how you're looking forward to progress and criticism alike.
 
Looks good. Especially Shoulders and traps are very good. thick all around.

1) you look thick
2)where's the leg pic, lol
3)IMO need more rear delts
4)more rhobiods-more row work
5)erectors can always be bigger, yours are good but...

all in all great progress

2) I took one, but it came out horridly, and I didn't feel like taking another. haha.
3-5) Don't you worry about that. I'm hittin the deads and barbell rows heavy in the coming weeks. :D
