Couple questions for you police guys?

1. Can they come into your house to arrest you if there is a misdemeanor warrent out for you legally?


2. Police need a judge to sing an arrest warrent right?
If the warrent is put out on sunday when no judge is working how can they do that?

Looking for a little help my buddy had very small fire going in city limits. When a cop came like a dumbass he ran in the house thinking they did not see him and he would get out of the ticket.
So they call in back up and the fire dept. there was 5 cop cars in front of his house. They had a warrent for obstruction justice. They were going to go in but his dog would not let them. When he walks out 5 cops tackle him and pepper spray his dog. Saying we will blow your dogs brains out if it bites us. Then later in the report they lied and said it bit one of them.
True story! Fucked up eh?
They dont like this guy anyway but I think they went a little too far. They were really pissed that he ran in the house and would not come out.

Cops remind me of young kids who join the Infantry to go off to war. As long as they have the upper hand everything is OK. But let a couple of them get shot and then they start to sing another tune. And to make it even worse they go around selling jars of jelly for 20 bucks a whack for the familys of dead cops. What the fuck? Don't they get life insurance. I think the Army gives 250 mil a body these days.

The cops can do pretty much anything they want. They're not accountable to anyone generally. Don't piss them off. It's an animal thing. There is strength in numbers. And that old proverb about the 'meek inheriting the earth' is just that. A grave.

and about the judge nto working they call him up and get him out of bed making a mean miserable judge so he 90% of the time will authorize the warrent

Cops can't come into your house without a search warrant OR if they see you run into your house or any house.

As far as the judge goes they call him at home at any time any day to get a signature on a warrant

In the States there are so many different laws in each State.

Depends

the specifics of the law vary from state to state. A judge must issue a warrant however what kind of judge depends on where you are. The feds even allow for telephonically issued search warrants. If someone is fleeing or leaving the scene of a crime, the cops can pursue, even into your house.

If a cop is acting illegally and you can prove it, you have the right to blow him away. He/she has to do something like planting drugs on you, you can get away with murder. It happened in the city I live in.

The DA came in with the cops on a biker house and tried to plant amphetamines and weapons on the premise. The warrant was fake as it was never signed by the jugde.

Any way, they never identified themselves as the police officers upon breaking down the door. A guy upstairs heard the commotion and grabbed his pump shotgun and shot a cop twice in the chest, fatally.
Other officers were indicted and convicted and sent to prison for conspriacy.

The gun man walked on it, the DA was sentenced to a Federal Prison in Idaho as he would been killed if he served time in our State Prison. Upon releasing the guy who used the shotgun, he was told that he must leave the state or the cops were going to kill him.
SO HE LEFT AND NEVER RETURNED.

True story. It was in the seventies and I applauded the gun man. I am glad he walked as they had no drugs in the house except for the drugs found on the dead cop and the DA. Go figure how right they were.

If you wear a badge, your a fucking target. Tyrants every one of them. Loose the badge and you may live is what I say.

First, you may not use deadly force against a police officer EVEN IF HE IS ACTING ILLEGALY unless you are in fear for your life (and can convince a jury of it). I have gone through a front door on a search warrant. The last fucking thing anyone wants is shooting. Only if some brain dead fucking cowboy like you does somthing stupid would anyone get hurt. If you were in my backyard and you capped an officer executing a search warrant, I would make it my life's work to watch you strapped to a gurney with a needle in your arm. Come on to Texas, bro.
