Hey guys
I've been injecting B12 (synthamelin) just for practise, because it won't matter as much if I mess up.
I have two questions.
1) It's really tricky to get the air bubbles out. I flick the syringe and they don't really move. After a couple minutes I got the air into the part just above the needle, and couldn't get it out of there so I said screw it im just going to inject. Is there a trick to this? When I inject everything back into the vial really fast, I can get rid of the air bubbles, but as soon as I redraw, no matter how slowly I go, they come back.
2) What comes out of your body when you aspirate and you haven't hit a blood vessle? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I really have no idea what could be coming out if it isn't blood. The reason I'm asking is because this B12 solution is red, and I'm not sure if I'd be able to tell the difference in color when I aspirate. It just looked like more red fluid.
