counterfeit sustanon? (pakistan karachi)

i have heard there fakes and would like to know if this is intirely true? i have put abit of the sus on my tongue and it did numb it? does this mean it has a steroid in it? im starting my course in 1 week. any advise would be GREATLY apprictiated, thanks.

i would freeze one , the active esters in the steroid will start to become soild once the tempature drops.
use a subzero freezer that goes to below - 15
should get white and cloudy looking and crystals maybe even appear they will be tiny

FAKE I did tons of research and received help from alot of people. The ones you have are like mine FAKE. Was told they are IP fakes from China. Told contains test just not real Karachis. I know suck I was pist to. Paid to much and given shit. Sorry
