counter strike is fucking up

Whenever i enter the game, all the controls are deleted. So i put them back in (strafe left = A, fire = Mouse1, etc.) but when i exit that window and go into another window in the game all the controls are deleted again. So when i start a game there are no controls.

This just started today. I think it started when the computer reset because the power went out. Should i reinstall counterstrike or what.

i just tried defragmenting the hard drive, and when it got to 39% of analyzing the HD it gave an error message.

There is no multiplayer Crack Taps, It was produced without CD keys. I'm running a pirated version myself.
