If you say "yes" to this question, then why can't a member tell another member a person to see while in mexico to get gear on this board. Alot of it has to do with the physical location of the hardware and the nation of incorporation for a given company. Since Elite is located in NYC and incorporated in the US...ah that is the rub of it.
