Well, making fun of that low quality protein bar, but had an amazing breakfast! Took some leftover "protein pudding" that I made last night with 2.5 scoops whey added to sugar free/fat free pudding and blended it with about a 1/2 cup cooked oats and WOW!! Chocolatey protein AND a source of complex low GI carbs, can life get any better??
