2 months ago had an ekg, 24 hour blood pressure monitor (i have severe white coat hypertension, wanted to see real #'s, all well within normal bp), and blood work. all results were 110% normal and healthy (cholestrol was off because of winstrol but got it back to normal).
as of 6 weeks ago started taking taurine, first at 1.5g a day, then and now 3g a day. maybe 2 weeks since i the started the taurine i've been getting these little "hops" in my heart that last about .05 of a second (like a burp, heart rate does not speed up and no shortness of breath or lightheadedness), i'll get 4 or 5 of them spread out over a 15 to 20 minute session, then it stops for a few days, then it goes again in the same burst manner, then stops.
never took taurine before and never had this happen. could the taurine be causing this, like maybe i'm taking too much or i don't need it and this is the over dose sides?
i am stopping use tomorrow and will see how things go. anyone with any advice/experience. like i said, been to the doctor's regularly for the last few years, everything has been ok, heart has been deemed extremely healthy by my doctor.
