Cougar/Mountain Lion Meat

I missed one last year and it got me thinking about the meat.
Have you or do you know anyone that has eaten cougar?

I have never heard of anyone eating it. I've wondered about it. It can't be a whole lot different then going to a Chinese buffet can it?

lol now that you mention it, I probably have tried it and didn't know it.
I missed one last year and it got me thinking about it. I found a recipe for steaks on the net with flour, salt pepper, usual steak recipe. I'd try it. Hopefully I'll be a better shot if I get another chance.

um, I dont eat cats or dogs. This means wolves, coyotes, fox, hyeenas, mountain lions, tigers, cheetahs etc...
