costochondral separation OUCH

I friggin sneezed, heard a POP and hit the floor like a bag of dirt. Now I am stuck in NYC nowhere near home for a few days. Anything I can do for this until then. I figure I’ll go to the hospital on Monday but this damn thing hurts like hell! I keep getting freaked out because every time I move or breathe it sounds like low-pitched cracking knuckles in my chest side. Has someone ever had this? Besides a wrap, did they give anti-inflammatory? I think Advil is going to be my friend for a few days. Also, feel like puking all the time from the damn pain!

Worse yet! No gym I would guess for a few weeks!!! DAMMIT!

sorry to hear that bro, i would use the motrin and unfortunatly costocondritis can take awhile to heal, i have seen it take months.
