Starting a Bulking and new diet to put on weight. 6'0 165 lbs.

starting to train 5-6 days a week. Was going to make run to sams/costco.

Any vital items to pick up.

Good types of chicken that will last, rices, pastas, complex carbs.

More the merrier.
 
Ya dude hitup the Kirkland frozen chicken breasts, canned chicken, and if you are down with fish get the frozen salmon fillets.

If it is a clean bulk pickup a sack of brown rice
If it is a dirty bulk pickup a palette of chocolate muffins :)
 
Stop off at Sam's and pick up cans of shrink wrapped Tuna, Chicken Breast, Whole Eggs, Lean Steak, Ground Meat(93% or better), Brown Rice, and Oatmeal.
