correcting symmetry

heres the deal, 6' 203 12% or so..
4 cycles, then 4 years off, back in the gym 4 months

i'm planning my 5th cycle in a few weeks, a 12 weeker. the 1st 4 cycles i just worked out, this one i'm actually concerned about symmetry. my delts and bi's are lagging my tris,back and chest so this is the first time im concerned about symmetry i need to really hit delts and bis

for a 12 weeker, hitting each 1-2x a week, thats only 12-24 workouts. would you suggest
not hitting tris and let bis and delts catch up
hit tris 1x and bis/delts 2x week
or something else?
