Correct gear for my age

I am 44 years old and would like to know what would be a good cycle and dosages to get maximum gains. I have taken Test-E 500mg per week and Deca 250 mg per week. but not much results. Any help????:rainbow:

welcome,You need to post your diet,that means any and everything you consume daily.

I consume probably 2500-3000 cal per day,, keeping fat down and protien up. about 80 grams per day. Since my age is somewhat a factor and test levels drop as you get older I didnt know if I needed to up my dose
 
up your dose?? of what?? test??

how about up your protein intake to 300-400 grams per day and increase your fat..(the right kind)


most people especially us older bb.. we need to feed that muscle if we want it to grow..

any injuries??

why do you want to cycle??? what is your goal..?? state it in a more precise manner.. why do you want to get bigger??

2000-3000 calories of what?

I'm 57 How long have you been training? do you give it 100%?

I Can tell you to up the dosage but thats counterproductive since i know nothing of your diet or training.
And 80 grams of protein a day aint cutting it,steroids raise protein synthesis so you need at least 2 grams for every pound of bodyweight.

I have no injuries,, I have lost alot of weight and now want to fill my skin with muscle, and want that extra help. I dont want to be freakish huge but want some definition and size my arms are 17.5" and chest is 48" . having difficulties losing the mid section. but muscle burns fat. so the more I build the more of a fat burning machine I will be. Thats why i want the help of juice. Not looking for quick fix, just help. I have added almost 100 pounds to my bench's in the past 7 weeks, and my curls have increased, have been able to do more than usual, but maybe I am expecting too much?

80 grams of protien???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is that what you meant??? Are you serious??? My dog couldnt grow on 80 grams of protien. For god sakes man, you need at least 1.5 preferably 2 grams per pound of body weight. At the very bare assed minimum 1 gram per pound. At 1 gram the drugs wont work as good as they should.
Drugs are the car, food is the key. You cant drive the car without the right key.

especially on 80 grams of protien!!! Be careful of getting the weight up there too fast on lifts. At your age or any age, upping the weight too much too soon is asking for tendon/ligament injuries. Trust me I know that first hand.
 
First off stop doing bench presses. especially at your age you are asking for some serious injury trust me. Go with hammer strength.
