Hook me up with some CORN..
I have an interesting Corn story...
On Monday i grilled some steak and had corn with it.. this was for lunch at about 1pm.
At 11:30pm that night I got home from ozzfest and took a dump... it was full of Corn.
My metabolism is screaming.. that is less then 12 hours and my body processed that stuff..... I am the ultimate "hard gainer" but I've still somehow managed to pack on 40+ lbs in the last year.
