Core Training On Off Days

I Was Thinking On My Off Days Of Doing 45 Minutes Of Core Training
With Abs. Does Anybody Think This Would Be Categorized As Overtraining? I Will Only Be Working My Abs On These Core Training Days. Just Thou It Would Be Good For My Joints And A Little Stretch To My Tired Ass Muscles. What Do You Guys Think.
 
personally i wouldn't train for 45 mins.. maybe 15-20 and the rest would be cardio.. stretching is of course recommended..

just don't over do it.. cuz on your lifting days, you'll need plenty of your core to do your squats, deads and oly lifts if any..

so i wouldn't sweat it if i were u..
