Core training looking for advice from some good bors.

Yeah I can do pretty much all the core exercises, I love declines though I can't do them with the heavy elastics yet.

just looking for some info from the pro's, hehe. =)

crippling soreness is really the only enjoyable thing about a day after the gym. ;)

here I come 600 LB DL. :chomp: :chomp:
