I'm trying to incorporate more core exercises into my routine. Below is a list of the days i workout, what muscle group, and what core exercise(s) ive incorporated. any that you can think of to add, let me know.
day 1-chest & light tri
nothin unless u consider flat bench core
day 2-back and light bis
deadlift
bb rows
good morning (starting today)
hypers
day 3-legs
squats, front squats, wide squats
day 4-shoulder/traps
clean and press (starting on thurs)
standing military or ohp
day 5-bi's and tri's
little core exercises-dips, pullups.
your help is appreciated.
